When stitching on stretchy fabrics like T-shirts or knits, clip your
long jump stitches on the BACK of your design as you go along. These
long jumps can often pull the fabric while the design is stitching and
cause alignment problems. You don't need to trim them close, just snip
them so they won't pull.
