I too have a dual core computer processor in a Toshiba I purchase June of
2008.
I tried to download the software and nothing happened... called support at
Bernina and they said: "at this time we are having compatability issues,
check back."
I then had surgery in sept of 08, and just now getting back to the
embroidery.
I see downloads for service pack 2, But is says to install software
first... If it wouldn't install last summer, it won't install now!
Will try to call Bernina again!
What results have you had, and what is your time line.... nothing I see as
far as updates are dated...so I can't tell what has come out as an update
since last summer!... any help or information would be appreciated.
