I have the DRAWings V3 and found it to be MUCH better than other
digitizing programs.
I am not sure if it is the same with V4 or not but it does require
that you have Corel Draw installed as well because it is actually sort
of a glorified plug-in for that program.
I'll have to check out the v4 though, I didn't know it had been
released.]
