On my last update for the machine, it now has a command that enables the
machine to cut the jump stitches and pulls the thread to the back. But
there is somewhere in the software that you have to run the designs through
to get the command inserted. I don't remeber where. If anyone out there
using this command?

The 3D Organizer software that came with your machine has that function.
I believe it's in the "File" menu.
