Can someone please explain to me how to get more fonts to my software? I
have the Designer SE and all the software available but no clue how to use
most of it :)

Based on the discussion in a.b.c.p., you're using Viking 3D embroidery
software. That is NOT one of the many embroidery programs that can
easily use installed truetype fonts directly.

But 3D offers two methods of incorporating your computer fonts and
using them in embroidery. One is via 3DQuickFont and the other uses
3DFontDigitizing.

Of you have 3D QuickFont, you can make a design alphabet - a set of
design files (one letter per file) from any installed font.

The process is simple; Run 3D QuickFont, select your font from the
dropdown list, set a few options on the first and second screens, and
go. You'll end up with a folder containing as many letters as are in
the original font, in the size you chose.

The 3D system also uses its own proprietary "font" format; these can
be used like "real" fonts using your keyboard. A large number of these
are supplied with the system as .nft files (each file is a complete
font), and you can edit these or create your own with 3D Font
Digitizing. I haven't used this and can't comment on how easy it
might be.

Hope this helps.
