Hi i just bought a used ZSK j series embroidery machine, and i am
having problem to have it read files from the ZSK disk reader and also
always broken needle, seeking for help urgent.

I'm not sure where you will find help in Klang, Selangor,
Malaysia.

I hope you received the complete set of manuals with the
machine. If not, take it back to the dealer/seller and
insist on one. Your English is very good, you may be able
to get help here:

Actually i got the full manuals already but the manuals does'nt help
because all is written to solve general errors and also call cutomer
service,
