I know several Viking instructors and I've left messages for them, everyone
seems to be out of town or helping with new grandbabies. I did find one site
where you could order one http://www.sew4less.com/manuals_results.php if
that will help you. I have a Designer1 and I don't know anyone with an Iris
or I'd ask to run off a copy. I looked all over the internet and couldn't
find anywhere that had online downloads for your machine manual. Viking is
pretty good about keeping themselves exclusive, fortunately or
unfortunately. You might also try searching eBay or call some other Viking
dealers and see if they have one that they could mail right to you. I have
one more source that I will try if they are around tomorrow, Sunday is
usually pretty iffy but Monday for sure if I don't see any positive results
posted by then.
In the mean time try going to alt.sewing, rec.crafts.textiles.quilting,
and rec.crafts.textiles.sewing and post your request there. Lots of
wonderful, friendly, helpful people in all those newsgroups....tell them Val
sent you ;)
