Bucilla Baby Quilt "My Little One"

I am looking for the pattern for a Bucilla cross stitch baby quilt titled
"My Little One" It is a bunny looking at her baby bunny. My sister
started the quilt and passed away before she finished it. Her son's wife
is expecting their first baby and I would like to finish it for the new
baby but cannot find where she put the graph to know what colors to use
and where, etc. Please help me if you have this it would mean the world
to me.
