Happy Dominion Day tomorrow to all my fellow Canadians.
I'll be spending part of the day at Belleville in the park with a
display and demo of needlework from our local Guild. We are taking
shifts, but since I have the Guild banner, I have to be there early.
Just keeping my fingers crossed that the weather is better than today,
but rain is forecast.

Happy Dominion Day to all my good friends over the northern border. I
feel a kinship, being originally from UK!! A foot in each camp you might
say.
Have a wonderful day

It's set to be a real NS day - starting off with rain/fog, clearing by
lunchtime and then brilliantly sunny and hot, just as it was today,
according to the forecast. If that goes to plan, the fireworks
should be good at night. I hear a few anticipatory ones already lol

That's the way our day started off too here in N.B. - but then it
cleared pretty well - enough so that we went downtown to see all the
goings-on - music, people, dancing, sister was making and selling
cotton candy to raise money for breast cancer - it was a great time -
now I'm watching the fireworks from my upstairs window - no bugs up
here. :-) Oh yeah, any movie goers - go to The Proposal with Sandra
Bullock & Ryan Reynolds - it was a really funny movie. We did that
today too - fun fun fun on on Canada's birthday.
