Nice one! That reminds me, I have a recipe around somewhere for Katharine
Hepburn's Chocolate Brownies - only 1/4 cup of flour and best kept in the
freezer... *very* gooey! Must go dig it out. If I can find it I'll post it
for y'all.

Found it!

Katharine Hepburn's Brownies

1 cup sugar
1/4 lb (1 stick) butter {I found this a bit too much}
2 oz unsweetened chocolate - OR - 6 tablespoons cocoa + 2 tablespoons
shortening

Melt together over low heat (or in the microwave). Cool slightly.

2 eggs

Beat in well, one at a time.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup flour

Stir in. Work quickly after adding eggs. Mixture should be thick enough to
want to stand by itself.

Spread in a wax-papered and greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes
{I have a "?" next to the time, so watch them}.

Cool and store in freezer.
