Hi Guys,
In my current Herrschners catalogue( http://www.herrschners.com )
there is a geisha bell pull (item #AE181279) that I have fallen in love
with. Problem is, it comes as a kit only and I DO NOT want to spend
$49.99 plus s/h because I don't need any of the supplies -- just the
chart. It does come with linen fabric but I don't need the fabric and
I don't need the floss and I certainly don't need the thread organizer
or needle.
So -- has anyone out there purchased this kit? If so, would you be
willing to sell me the chart? I really, REALLY like this design and
would be willing to pay any reasonable amount, even if the chart is a
bit worn, etc.
I have looked at several different LNS sites and not found anything
even remotely similar. If anyone out there knows of a similar design, I
show/hide quoted text
would love to know where you saw it! Thanks & CiaoMeow >^;;^<

I can't help you with a source, but I have to say I think it's gorgeous.

Can't help you with the answer, BUT...
I did find that same chart featured on another website. If you click the
sublink from the newsletter it doesn't come up for ordering, but perhaps if
you emailed them they'd tell you the designer??

Sorry, I can't help you, TM, but I have the same problem with 2 kits I
saw at Nordic Needle last weekend:
http://tinyurl.com/yjqdoou and http://tinyurl.com/ygbvr8b
So, like TM, any help would be appreciated!
Oh, while I was there I picked up the chart for Victoria Sampler's
Carol singers
http://www.victoriasampler.com/Catalogue/VS_Samplers/p0113_CarolSingers.asp= x
and 4 skeins of white silk. I'm *not* going to do the whole thing in
silks, though. Toooooo expensive!!! I'll switch to DMC for the houses
and people and use silks for the white and probably the floral bands.
Love those gift certificates! :)

I know the first one is a pattern from original artwork by Larry Fanning
(Winter Retreat) and the other is original artwork by Jim Killen (Winter
Geese), so I'm guessing they were only ever published as Dimensions and
Sunset kits. JoAnn's online sells both of these kits, so if you could get
your hands on a 40% coupon code, it might make it worth it to you
(especially if you could combine it with a free shipping code).
