Very true, Sue! The problem, when I do remember to take the list, is
that usually I find another dozen items which I need, and didn't write
down. There was a very rare day recently when I had eight items on my
list, and that is ALL I bought! It might have been a "first" for me.

Well, DH took over the grocery shopping some years back, and one of my
peeves is he sticks too closely to the list. He'll take advantage of
sales and coupons, as warranted. But when I did the shopping, I always
"knew" when we needed toilet paper, paper towels, napkins -- stuff like
that, the things that got used up all the time and needed re-stocking,
without being written down. (TP doesn't go bad, so when in doubt, buy
it!) So now I've learned to write down *everything* I can possibly think
of (or else wait til the next week).

Minority voice?? I never make daily lists. They seem so.....final. I tend
to just jump off the edge of the day and see where I land.

Sounds like a plan - but, more important - will you stay happily married ;^)
with all that togetherness. Sounds like you could make him do some
chauffeuring, so you can stitch and garden.

Well, DS will be working mornings and DD has evening LAX clinic. And I
forgot DS's b'day and his current plan to have an Air Soft game here on
7/4....
