I'm currently stitching The Name of God by My Big Toe Designs for my
niece. She has graduated from college and asked me to stitch
something for her apartment. I sent her a bunch of choices via links
and this is what she chose. It will probably take me 6 months to
complete. I have done the border across the top and about 1/3 of the
way down on both sides. That got way too boring so now I've stitched
the first 2 rows of names (if that makes sense). I'm using 2 shades
of Waterlilies (purple and green) and it's looking good and is a
relaxing stitch.

It's really not a difficult piece; there's just a lot of it! I don't
have children of my own and I love to do things for this niece. She's
a very sweet and loving girl; and she asked, which is nice. I don't
make many pieces for others any more (since my fire because I need to
fill up my own walls) but was touched that she wanted me to make her a
picture. I think I'm going to hit up my brother to pay for at least
half of the framing.
