Hi All,
Just wanted to let you know that the www.tuttoricamo.com quarterly
update is online now. In response to surfer feedback they have revamped
and redesigned the website in the hope that it is easier to read. There
are, as always, a few kinks to work out but the substance is great.
There are a few more pages translated, (click on the British flag in the
top left corner) an article on Casalguidi, Sardinian Embroidery with
scads of great photos, a how-to for Antique Stitch (the third in a
series) and an article on circular filet netting. There are two new
sections, "Leading Characters" which is to describe the prominent
figures in Embroidery - past and present, and "Grandmother's chest"
which will showcase antique embroidery works. Go in from the Italian
version of the website under "Baule della nonna" and then "velo sardo"
to see some photos of a spectacular Sardinian embroidered veil.
We appreciate feedback and contributions are welcomed!
Next update target date: mid-March
Enjoy!

Just to clarify: "contributions welcomed" means informational
contributions, not monetary contributions!!
This message was in NO WAY meant as a solicitation.

That is a great site. Thank you for sharing this information. Thanks
also for giving me more to learn about. I don't know that I could ever
do that quality of work but it is fun to look and dream.

Good job. I've bookmarked it so I can check up on it as it grows.
