Went to my local Joann's yesterday and they had absolutely *no*
needlework kits other than about 5 Christmas ones. Still have thread,
cloth, hoops and a very few charts (mostly Winnie the Pooh), but no XS,
crewel or embroidery kits! Wonder if this is just my Joann's or are
they getting rid of it nationwide (The smaller Joann's - I assume the
superstores would still carry kits?)

The sign at mine said they were discontinued. Since *all* of the kits
were marked with the purple tag and I know the manufacturer hasn't
discontinued them, I'm guessing JoAnn's is eliminating them. Maybe I'll
get over to the superstore in Hudson later this week and check on them.

Hmmm. Methinks Seanette and I need to go to Joann's on Saturday.

We're going to have to RT over for the car (my pet ulcer is working
Saturday).

No, it's not just y ours. Ours is discontinuing all kits. They will
continue to have fabric, threads, and such, but no kits. Their charts
have been drastically decimated...
