Latin for Crazy Quilt

I don't remember who it was that asked for this translation but my
teacher friend finally remembered to give it to me.

Phreniticum Pallium

"phreniticum" is an adjective that means frenetic, frantic, or
delirious

"pallium" is a noun that means a rectangular cloth often worn by men,
but may also mean a bed covering or couch cover.
