I bought mine from Mary Maxxim www.marymaxim.com a year or so ago - not sure

I have bought some in paint and hardware stores, then lined them with
wallpaper to match the rest of the wall. (Caution, you might have
guests complaining they can't find the switch when you do this.)

We got some at Lowe's, which is a home improvement store -- I think it must
be what you are describing. We put contact paper behind the cover matching
the paper my daughter had put on her kitchen shelves, but I suspect you
could put fabric in it just as well.
