I had a pattern for mittens that were animals that I knit for my kids.. I
would like to knit some for my grandchildren but of course can't find the
pattern. I'm sure it came from McCall's Needlework in about 1980, but I'm
not absolutly sure of the year. There was a poodle pattern and a cow that
I remember. If anyone has one I sure would appreciate hearing from you.

You're not really posting at rctn - this is a cut/paste/link job by
those damn forum idiots. I think it is very rude, too bad, so sad
nobody on your forum can help. Maybe you should join rctn instead.

Wow. You really have it in for people that don't do your bidding. So
what if it is what you say? She wants an answer. This is a needlework
site. Maybe someone here has the pattern. Do you purposely want to
diss people?
Geesh.

Aha ! Knew that would turn your crank ! On the one hand you complain
nobody is using rctn anymore and it was explained to you that FB and
Forums have taken their toll.
Well I can tell you that the barefaced 'linking' to forums such as
this woman did with the post from her forum, is the single most
damaging thing, seen it with several other groups already.
She doesn't ask a by your leave, the woman in the post doesn't know
her request is showing up here anymore than Cheryl or I knew that she
was taking our posts from rctn and plonking them down on her forum for
comment by her members.
At the least, it is uncommonly bad manners.
