I've just finished my latest project "birds of a feather" by The Cat's
Whiskers, and have posted some pics on RCTNP.
Due to my complete inability to adhere to instructions, I changed some
colours and the pattern, but I think the end result is very pleasing.
I treated myself to some black Teflon Dovo scissors
(http://www.creweljewels.com/Dovo-3-5-Black-Teflon-Embroidery-Scissors-p/30101.htm)
which are so so very lovely.
Joanne in a rather wintery Perth, Western Australia.

Lovely stuff
Do you recall the chart for the biscournu? Nice and simple and utterly
elegant.

Hi Cheryl
Thanks for your kind words. I'm having a lot of fun rediscovering designing
my own bits and pieces and this was one of them.
The biscornu was made up from a couple of different edgings - cut down and
turned to suit my needs, so sorry - no chart.
Cheers

Looks very nice, Joanne. What thread did you use - it's a great red. Looks
kind of like "Buckeye Scarlet" from GAST, but I wouldn't assume from my
memory looking at a photo. Lovely - sure the giftee will appreciate it.
