Don't you read AvWeek or some other science related mag?? Word is
that the cows living on the earth today put out more methane, etc. (the
infamous greenhouse gasses) than all of the internal combustion engines
in operation. The blame for this is laid at our feet because the number
of cattle has risen because humans like to eat beef!
Can you just imagine all of the noxious fumes put out by cattle
*before* the invention of the internal combustion engine? I'm sure
someone somewhere has done the necessary research to compare the amount
of animal produced methane in the atmosphere back then to what the
animals produce now. As for brontosaur, etc. produced methane, I bet it
