About two weeks ago, my brother Simon was diagnosed with stage 4 colon
cancer. Apparantly it has spread to his stomach and liver. He has since
decided to disappear from the face of the earth so that no one close to him
could see him in his awful condition. He has lost over 50 pounds. He has
probablyo Mexico to seek treatment by holistic or other means. This has all
of us worried sick and we really do not know what we can do. Police were
notified and a missing persons report was filed. My nephew is hiring a
private investigator to try to track him down. In the meantime we have no
idea if he is dead or alive. Please say a prayer for him. Thanks.

George

For those of jewish faith his name is Shimon ben Dov v Ester.

Oh, George, how sad! Prayers are winging their way upward. Hugs to
you and your family...I hope you find him soon.

I will definitely be sending good thoughts your way. My husband died of
colon cancer so I know how disabling and discouraging it can be.

I hope you find him soon so you can help to make whatever time he has left
more comfortable for him.

George, I hope you find him and I hope decides he wants to be found. It was
a true comfort for my husband to be with us and for us to be with him in his
last days with colon cancer. Prayers on the wing, from me and from my SIL
the priest.

Felice

Oh, I'm so sorry; both for the fact that he is so sick, and for the fact
that he chose to disappear from his nearest and dearest. I assume he
wants to save everyone the pain of watching him die, without realising
the pain it is for all of you not knowing. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
