Well, I think they are almost the same - slightly different spice mixes with
the condensed milk. One has more black pepper in it.
This comes of working with a bunch of Thai and Vietnamese guys/vets (a mix),
one summer "shut down" week, we had a pot luck and the Thai guy made his
specialty and the guy with the Vietnamese wife brought hers. Both were dang
good.

Iced coffee. With milk. Over ice. Totally refreshing, needs no sugar (at
least IMHO). My local Starbucks has finally caught on, and keeps enough
cold coffee to supply purists like me who don't want our caffeine drizzled,
whipped, or mixed with brownie bits.

A small sp;rinkle of cinammon on top is a nice addition, and it makes it
smell heavenly.
