First, some one stole the wheels/axle from my garbage can. I can survive
with out them but come on folks..

Second, after many years of sitting there, a plastic bottle of wheel cleaner
decides to leak. I got soaked in the stuff cleaning up. Twice

Finally, not only does DD get a cold/virus last night, today, after seeing
"urgent care" (the cough sounds worse than it really is), she tossed her
cookies in the back seat of the truck.

SIGH!

And I can not stitch to the sound track of cartoons.

(((Hugs))) Cheryl.

Having had a summer full of petty annoyances (as well as some major life
events), I know how sometimes they can just add up to major aggravation.

All the best to DD too.

The missing wheels just annoy the piss out of me. The wheel cleaner - I'm
viewing it as one more thing out of the house and GONE.
DD is feeling much perkier. May she'll go to school tomorrow. Good, since I
think I have it now....

Hope your life is looking up. Hugs
Cheryl

I can certainly see how having the wheels stolen could send me over the
edge at the wrong time. Yes, I realize it's minor, but also very annoying.

And, yes, life is pretty good now.

DH and I finally got our vacation in HI. I'm convinced that if there is
a God, She lives in Maui. DH started a faculty position earlier this
summer, while I just started graduate school (again). And my best
friend is just a 3-hour drive south, closer than we've been in years!
So, a large portion of our life is very good right now.

Moving to a new country is just full of annoying little differences that
really started grating on my nerves this summer. Most of those are
behind us now, so no worries.

But in between the really good things happening, we had a few awful
things happen. We unexpectedly sent 2 of our pets over the rainbow
bridge, and w/in a month of not-so-unexpectedly losing my DMIL to breast
cancer. And our condo in MA had an offer fall through, so it's still on
the market. Having to pay 2 mortgages is quite simply tough. But at
least we are able to pay them, I know that too many people are not that
fortunate.

I guess we just take the bad with the good and manage as best we can.
Stitching certainly helps, eh?
