If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Only way to do it is to use filtering. If your newsreader can use regular
expressions, this will get rid of cross-posts to 5 or more groups:

Score:: -9999
Newsgroups: [^,]+,[^,]+,[^,]+,[^,]+
