As one who has had a bad experience on eBay with a dishonest seller, I can
certainly offer my sympathy. You may be in luck if you used PayPal to
complete payment, since PayPal offers full reimbursement to the buyer if the
auction in question displayed the PayPal Buyer Protection icon in the
auction details. That icon is normally located on the top right side of the
auction page, at the end of the section entitled "Seller Information" in
bold black letters. Just click on the link provided by PayPal and follow
the instructions to initiate a claim. Good luck!
