Geograhphicly , i am 7 hours before the New-york - Boston time zone

No, there is something wrong with your settings. They are time-marked
24 hours ahead so the date is set wrong either on your machine or at
your isp.

I am well aware of time zones ! However, that does not make your
computer correct, the system on usenet/computers adjusts for that BUT
it needs your computer set for the correct day, month, year and time
where YOU are. The rest will follow.
