I'm exploring some things I read in J. Carey's book ( I posted about it
earlier).

I'm currently awaiting a pair of bifocals. Then I can stitch again.

Between the bifocals and the 15 year old son, I feel OLD!!

Supposedly all the strange headaches will disappear once I start wearing the
glasses when I'm multirelaxing (watching TV and stitching)
