Does anyone know where I can purchase tri-fold cardstock with a small
cut-out to mount embroidery in the card? I have not been able to locate
any locally anymore. The one place I found online (Embroideryetcetera.com)
shows exactly what I want on their website but perhaps is no longer in
business? I'm looking for 75 cards/envelopes for a program for my smocking
guild chapter. Thanks in advance for your help.

They're very popular in the UK - I see ads for them most often in the
BritStitch magazines. Check ebay.co.uk for "aperture cards" and there's
a ton that may not be super-expensive. And amazon.co.uk has quite a
selection if you search for "aperture card blanks".
Check local camera shops - they're most often used in the US by
photographers.
Google under "window cards" and some will come up - but not many. They
just don't appear to be as popular here as in the UK.

The other thing in camera shops is a box. Mine carries really nice
boxes with 5 x 7, 4 x 6 and 8 x 10 openings. You can easily put a
needlework piece in, makes a nice gift.
I would have thought some of those shops which carry all the
stamping/decoupage type stuff would have cards.

Would that be Carsand-Mosher, Sheena? I'm looking for some boxes myself.

It was Black's in the Halifax Shopping Centre, I bought a couple
there. CM's have that huge store near the camera store in Bayers Lake
and they have a myriad of stuff for paper crafts etc etc, quite
possible they would have boxes too.
I did one 5 x 7 for a cousins 50th birthday, she was thrilled to bits
with it and it really didn't involve much work lol
