Michelle, do you have a recipient for this quilt?
In many cases a make a quilt without any particular destination. When
an occasion for a quilt occurs, then I have something on hand.
Meanwhile, remember that "great art doesn't match your sofa"!

Hi Nann,
No, this quilt does not have an intended recipient. Good idea about
keeping it on hand, in case someone else should need a quilt.

Yes. <G> But I go ahead and quilt it anyway, figuring that I'll either
find someone who loves it or find a way to use it myself. As a result,
my living room frequently doesn't really look "blue", though that's what
I'd had in mind ....

So you've got a blue living room too? Well mine is mostly blue with
some tan.
This thread is doing what it is supposed to--making me excited about the
idea of quilting this quilt. Of course, it's going to have to get in
line. ;-)
