Will polyester rope work? Hope so, that's all I could find.

I've got the book and the clothesline and the fabric. Darn thing just won't
make itself. I want some flat counter mats. I like a placemat in front of
the toaster and beside the stove and all over to catch crumbs and drippings.
Just need to get a move on.

Leslie: Thank you for the two web sites. Today I happened to start my first
coiled basket/bowl. I came on line to talk about it, and your message was
already here. I am using a purple, mauve, cream, and green print. I am still
in the wrapping phase. So far, so good; lots of fun. I am sure the web sites
will be very useful as I progress.
