Google isn't my friend today. A friend just picked up a Baby Loc #1220
at a yard sale, but without the user's manual. I told her I would try
to find a manual online. No luck so far. Could anyone here please
direct me to a site for these. Ebay doesn't work very well with a
webtv.

Hi Denise - if you go to Babylock.com there should be a contact area
for questions.

That's the first thing I tried. They are not responding.

grrrrrr!!! That makes me *so* mad when manufacturers treat people that way!
They have no idea how many future BabyLok customers they could lose from the
thousands who read this newsgroup... we now know that they have lousy
customer service When I bought my old Singers (1932 and 1950 models
purchased about 8 years ago) the Singer website folks were very nice about
helping me with owner's manuals. Now *that* is customer service!

Denise, try the Babylock manual page at Shoppersrule.com - there is a
long list of machines but no #1220. They might be able to answer more
questions for you??
Babylock.com suggests contacting your local retailer for manual info.
