I'm going to take a class that calls for me to bring a border print with
defined strips of design. What should I be looking for?

Something like this?

I went to equilter and did a search for border, got 500+ matches
(including thread, oddly enough). You could probably get similar
results elsewhere as well.

Then there is this style:

Thanks Mary. That helps me out a lot. I'll see what I can find at the LQS.
