JoAnn's website has a tendency to drive me nuts. I'm trying to buy some
fabric, and I can't find any explanation of what a "unit" of fabric is. I
assume it's a yard, and that the prices given are per yard. Can somebody
here confirm this?

Never mind -- I think I figured it out, and I see that JoAnn sells the
fabrics I'm looking at only in full yard increments, and that doesn't work
for my purposes.
I was in a hurry to get an answer to my question because the last time I
ordered from JoAnn the website dumped my shopping cart because I was moving
too slowly. Grrrr.
Please forgive my typing tonight -- I appear to be going through a clumsy
spell!

Have you tried their store in Mobile. If you can get the SKU number of
the fabrics you want it wouldn't take but a phone call to see if its
carried in their Mobile store.
Just a thought.

Kate, I didn't know there was a JoAnn in Mobile. Fact is, I avoid driving
over there except to shop at Food Pak in Springhill. We call Mobile "the
Evil City," and Pensacola "the Far East." But the next time I'm in Mobile,
I'll check it out. The website is truly driving me nuts; I've got to stop
wasting time on it.

Hi EP,
I've order as little as 1/4 yd from Fabric Depot. And Fabric.com will
sell in 1/2 yds.
Best regards,
