I was looking through a magazine just now, and it had the names of the
big winners from the Denver National Quilt Festival that took place last
month. One of our former RCTQers won for Best Wall Quilt! Those of you
who remember Lorilynn might be interested in seeing her "Sherbet and
Marshmallow Creme" quilt, which is posted about 3/4 of the way down the
show/hide quoted text
page at <http://www.quiltfest.com/activities_detail.asp?id=253>. It's
gorgeous!
I'm assuming I missed seeing someone post this in a more timely fashion,
but just in case .... ;)

That's just lovely. Thanks Sandy. I haven't seen any previous mention
of it here?

WOW, those are some great quilts. Thanks for posting. I'd not seen
anything about it before. I do remember Lorilynn.

I just had a call from a fellow quilter wanting to know if I wanted to
go to the Mancuso show in West Palm in November. After seeing these
quilts, I definitely want to go.
