Hi Sherry,
FWIW, I have, in front of me as I type this, a dog paw stocking very
similar to the one shown on:
http://jas.familyfun.go.com/arts-and-crafts?page=CraftDisplay&craftid=11072 that belonged to our late beloved Boomer. It's red with white cuff
and toe pads, and a little shorter.
He received it one year from... the fat man.
