Hi Judy, I'm also living in Canada and my advice: before you do buy,
talk with them at Keepsake Quilting first regarding the actual
shipping costs applied to a batt and any other items that you might be
buying from them. Bamboo batting is also good for the environment and
is a sustainable fibre plus it is available in Canada - I can give you
several links, if you are interested in trying it out. jennellh

I bought a throw size last fall and used it on a Christmas gift. It is
OK but I thought it was a little stiff. For my throws I am now using
Dream Poly in the mid weight. It is very soft although I still love my
cotton. These throws are traveling to people all over the world. I
wanted poly for shipping weight and for faster drying in humid
climates. Also remember that this Dream Green is a light green color
so never use it on a very light colored quilt as the green will show
through.
