I am working on a Dresden Plate block, which reminded me of the quick
method written by Debby Kratovil. Her article, which was in Quilt
Magazine, is posted at:

http://www.quilterbydesign.com/lessons/dresdens/dresdens.html

In that article she briefly mentions that you can draft your own
template from a pointed Dresden Plate pattern. For those unfamiliar
with doing that, I wrote a brief tutorial on how to draft that
template. You can see it at:

Enjoy :-).

Hi Bev,

I've always liked those blocks. Previously I'd only seen them via EQ,
but your links were enlightening as well as practical. Thanks.
