Does anyone know the correct ergonomic height your ironing board should be
at? Hip?? Waist??? Shoulder??? Under the margarita, but above the
chocolate???

Definately high enough that you can pour margaritas without straining your
shoulder.

My PT told me to set mine up (the board, not the margaritas) so that when my
hand was resting on the flat iron (as if I was ironing), my elbow was at a
90* angle. I've also stopped putting water in my iron, and use a spray
bottle. Water made the iron too heavy.

While it probably won't kill you to drink the water, I don't recommend
spritzing fabric with margarita. Too wasteful.
