I finally took the opportunity to look. The cake slices grossed me out in
all those different colors. :-) And just to erase the memory, I'll have to
make sure I bake myself a chocolate cake in the next day or so! It will
make the apartment smell loverly.
I really enjoyed looking at the spikey quilts. The eagles are something
else, too.
I really appreciated seeing the notes that went with the quilts. I finally
took photos of those pieces of paper at the quilt show here in Reno this
year. Now I know who to talk to about the quilt and maybe even where the
patterns came from if that was part of the blurb.

For some reason there were spaces in the URLs. Let's see if this works
http://www.flickr.com/photos/ilively/sets/72157601593111559/ and
http://www.flickr.com/photos/studio-259/sets/72157601928263132
I'll try a tinyURL for each. (That doesn't always work for me.)

my favorite is the celtic wedding ring. that is just gorgeous. i'm not
much for the modern wild colors. even tho i've made a few in brights.
the blue and white seems so soothing. i liked the viewer's choice
also. i can hear the gulls screaching!!
