...and find that *no one* came to clean my house while I was gone! :O DH
and Dexter were here all alone, and neither of them cleaned much,
show/hide quoted text
either. <sigh> At present, I'm too tired to do anything about it except
cringe, but I can see what I'll be doing for the next week or so (I
clean in small spurts).
My visit with DT in China was great, as expected. :D We had a wonderful
time catching up, even though we do email daily and video chat
show/hide quoted text
frequently -- it's not the same as being together. <G> I was able to be
at a meeting of her little quilt group, and that was fun. They're all
French, so my rusting French got a little lubing. :)
Unfortunately, I came home to about a zillion unread messages on this
group, so I've had to concede defeat and mark them all as being read.
Just know that I'm happy dancing and/or commiserating for anyone who
needs it, and that I'm extending a warm welcome to any newbies. :)
If I've made any typos, please chalk them up to jet lag. I was traveling
yesterday for over a full day, finally arriving at my local airport
*before* I'd flown out of Beijing. LOL! It's quite a time difference! ;)

So great to know you are safely back, Sandy, and that you had a
wonderful time. Shame on Dexter for not cleaning - and I bet he didn't

I know -- I don't know where I've failed in his upbringing. ;)
