It looks like a spray paint can. You lay a stencil down on the quilt
top, and spray
it on. I assumed it might be a powdery substance.
I *thought* it might be a neater method to get the same results as the
Pounce.
After reading Joanna's post, I'm pretty leery. Definitely something to
test on
scrap material first. Doesn't sound "powdery" at a all.
