When I try to post messages to rctq from my Outlook Express, they show
up on my Newsgroup listings, but nobody else gets them - they are not
even sent to Google. I have a feeling it is probably my ISP, but I'm
wondering if maybe my settings in OE need corrected? I'm posting this
through Google, lately it's the only way to get through.
