I met Estelle a few years ago while she was visiting in Orlando. My friend
and I kidnapped her for the day, visiting a quilt show, then the local quilt
shop. The more often I am able to meet RCTQ members, the more I see that we
are all the same.....quilting lovers.

Susan! She told me about her meet-up with you....so cool!! I think
it''s wonderful to meet in person, some of the people we've been
talking to for years. I do have to point out an error....we were
talking about how long we'd been members of RCTQ...she said 1998 for
her (I think), and I inadvertently said 1997....um, duh! that's the
year I got married, but I didn't start quilting until
2000.....sheesh...brain fart. I guess I just got wrapped up in the
lovely accents.....

Very cool! I hope it's not a bad winter so that I can get to NYC and
see the tree, etc.
Maybe a few of us could meet at Macys!! or somewhere that would be
fun.
