Not being a cat person myself (that *is* supposed to be a cat, right?)
"Furball" or "Dustbunny" comes to mind. OTOH, it looks as much like
something a cat might have yacked up as much as a cat itself, so
yeah... apart from "Hairball", Splodge works...
