When we heard yesterday that our home warranty would only pay a few
hundred dollars of potentially $8,000 to repair the leak under our
foundation, I just about died. We spent a very grim afternoon and
evening. Sleep was non existant for me last night. Today was
miserable, considering what we could do to come up with that kind of
money.

But late in the day we got a reprieve. The repairs will be covered by
our regular homeowners' policy.

If any of you were sending prayers and good wishes this way, thank
you. Your efforts worked! We were staring financial disaster in its
totally ugly face. Today we are still rationing toilet flushes and
have water only for 30 minutes twice a day, but we can breathe knowing
that the problem will be solved and we don't have to go into deep,
deep debt.

I'm going to make something to celebrate. I don't know what, but it
will have lots of r eds and oranges and yellows and other colors of
thanksgiving and praise!

Grateful with you, Sunny, for answered prayers. Yes, yes. Plan something
lovely with Thanksgiving in your heart. Polly

So glad for you that at least something worked out in your favour. It
must be horrible putting up with such a breakage.
