Didn't know that my DS had posted.....
Had a birthday lunch with my other son last weekend to celebrate both
birthdays - he turned 40 on June 21.
Planning a dinner out with friends on my birthday, and Andrew will be
cooking dinner on Sunday (he works on my birthday).
We don't do presents on special occasions - but we do get gifts for each
other "just because"....
Happy to say that my health is good, and I start collecting my Canada
Pension in August (for non-Canadians, this is a pension funded by
contributions while working). I'll have more money for quilting!!!!!

There's always chocolate!
DS gave me some Skor bars (my favourite), baked a pan of brownies with dark
chocolate frosting, and then for something completely different, a lemon
bundt cake with blueberries! (As you can tell, desserts are very important
in my house!)
