I found the form on line to file a complaint with the State Medical Board
and will be doing that soon.My insurance company inquiry people called me
yesterday and asked me about all my past visits and what happened at that
visit and had me fax them a copy of the police report. So I feel a little
better now that at least someone listened to me. Thanks for you guys and
your suggestion and listening.

Way to go, She! If nothing else, a repremand and a police reort could
get him to toe the line for future patients. I'm hoping for him to be
suspended for retraining at the very least, but best would be struck
off. Good luck.

I'm glad that you were able to do something about that doctor.
While reading through these posts I gt the impression that the doctor
may be an abuser of his own drugs. It is too common a problem.

Dear She

As a woman, a person and a physician, I read your account of your "dr"
visit from hell. I can't begin to tell you how terrible I feel for
you. There is no way this can be justified. Even if you were an
obnoxious and rude patient (which I am sure you were NOT!). The way
you were treated by this dr, deserves attention at the highest level.
As a physician, I would really like to see the full force of the law
and the college of physicians come down on this creep. People like
that do not deserve to practice medicine, and they do a lot of damage
to physicians all over, not to mention the damages to you as a
patient.

I hope he gets what he deserves and I hope you get the treatment you
need from someone caring, capable and understanding

I seem to spend more than my share of time in various doctor's offices and
getting an assortment of medical tests. I have NEVER heard of such a
terrible thing as you experienced with this horrible excuse for a 'doctor'.
I'm sorry you and your DH have to deal with that and the after effects. I
will say, tho, I once mildly complained to my GYN about one of his
employees. Now, I have NEVER been thrown out of a school, a store, a bar, a
newsgroup (VBG) or any other place. But, I am proud to say, I have been
thrown out of my GYN's office for not allowing myself to be bullied by an
ugly tempered employee. The GYN didn't take my complaint very
gracefully.... As in "get your clothes on and get out of here... NOW!"
LMAO I guess doctor's have their 'days', too.
