I cook it in the oven. Lay it out on a rimmed baking sheet. Turn it
when it starts to brown on the underside. Bake to desired crispness and
drain bacon on paper towels.
Easy and no splatters. Also, it cooks nearly unattended so you can do
other breakfast things.
When I had a hungry boy living at home I would cook a bunch and keep the
extra in the refrigerator. It warmed up very quickly in the microwave
for breakfast or sandwiches.
