Prezackly!
I just make low fat yummy me-friendly pie! My Christmas mince pies are
made utterly yummy by using and all rice flour shortbread for the
pastry, and tiny so that 2 or 3 FEELS like pigging out but really isn't! :D
And most of the time I prefer half fat creme fraiche to double cream.
