Today was the 3rd day in a row that Thomas had NO bad marks on his daily
behavior sheet!!!

Today, Thomas was invited to test for his Blue Belt!

Today, Thomas played quietly while I caught a quick nap on the couch,
AND he cleaned up the paper bits and scissors (he was paying with my
scrapbooking scissors making funky designs).

Today, I have the most polite 6yo I have ever met and the most
rambunctious 3yo,.....but who could ask for anything better?

Larisa, who today, finished cleaning the entire house, ran errands, did
NO laundry, and will aim for getting into bed at a decent time after
getting a quick shower

Sherry....would that it went from your mouth to God's ears, but it was
not to be. I didn't collapse until roughly 3am, and was up at 645am to
get DS off to school and get DD just up and moving. I think it was
nerves, trying to run through the list of what had to get finished
before Jeanne and my Mother get here. Plus, it was the finale of
Project Runway, then I needed ot get a shower (at 1130pm!!) and
then...and then....

But I'm okay. Have to do the weekly run to the dump, change the cat
litter, fix one chair, bring that chair and the 2nd one into the house
so that we can seat 6 at the table, do one more check of the house,
change the sheets....lol....I will probably completely crash after lunch

before she left for work. i made it. i miss her already knowing next
time i see her will be a long time from now. but i shall return we got
stuff to do and see yet, eh. heck, even steve told me this morning to

i left columbux but i repacked badly it seems as it now weighs in at
65#--ish. gonna have to repack that and get a bigger suitcase while in
VA. also gotta book flight into Hobby Airport in Houston if i can. tis
easier for pick up i'm told. never heard of that airport but thats not

be careful about the weights of that suitcase. soon you will be
significantly over and pay a stiff fee. SAS has just changed their rules
so if it is over 32kg, they won't even handle it as luggage but goes as
air freight (read $$$$)

I suggest not buying a bigger suitcase but get one of the very large
soft-sided duffle bag things. almost impossible to pack those too heavy
and since they are soft, you can put bunches of fabrics in them. (I use
one for transporting yarns and fabric materials but the finished pieces
go in my carryon piece. last week my carryon was suspicious perhaps: 4
finished stoles (priest stuff) and two loaves of bread i didn't want
beat up in the checked luggage)
